The service

StyleGrab provides a programmatic API for extracting design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, shadows, and assets) from publicly accessible websites. The service includes snapshot versioning, diff computation, webhook notifications, and AI-powered design analysis.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use StyleGrab. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Only extract from publicly accessible URLs. Do not use StyleGrab to bypass authentication, paywalls, or access controls.
• Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not exceed rate limits or use automated means to circumvent usage restrictions.
• Respect the intellectual property of the websites you extract from. StyleGrab is an inspection tool; how you use extracted assets is your responsibility.

Extracted content

Design tokens extracted from third-party websites remain subject to those websites' terms and intellectual property rights. StyleGrab does not claim ownership of extracted tokens. You are responsible for ensuring your use of extracted data complies with applicable laws and the source website's terms.

API keys and access

API keys grant programmatic access to your account. Treat them as secrets. You are responsible for all actions taken with your API keys. Revoke compromised keys immediately via the dashboard.

Subscriptions and payments

StyleGrab offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Limitation of liability

StyleGrab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
